Telecaller Team Leader

Job Summary:
The Tele calling Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of telecallers, ensuring targets are met, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance; provide feedback and training where needed.
• Plan and implement telecalling strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer retention.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and data management protocols.
• Prepare reports on team performance, call metrics, and conversion rates for management review.
• Handle escalations from customers and provide support to team members in resolving queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
