Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Team Leader located in Mumbai. The Telecaller Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the telecalling team, ensure effective communication with clients, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve targets. The role involves training team members, resolving client inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall service delivery.
