Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Mumbai. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand and fulfill their financial needs, selling financial products such as home loans and unsecured loans, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. The Sales Agent will also perform daily tasks such as customer follow-up, product training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales skills including expertise in selling financial products
Knowledge in Insurance and related products
Experience in providing Training related to financial services
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
