Telecaller Team Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Team Leader to guide and manage our telecalling team. The role involves supervising telecallers, ensuring admission targets are met, and maintaining quality communication with potential students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers.
• Assign daily calling tasks and track team performance.
• Ensure achievement of admission/enrollment targets.
• Monitor call quality and provide feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth communication with prospective students.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred).
• 2–4 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (education industry advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work under targets and motivate the team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
