Telecaller Sales Executive – Real Estate (Plotting Projects) Location: 101 Properties Sinhagad Road Pune, Maharashtra Industry: Real Estate – Land Plotting & Development Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (specifically in land/plotting sales) Employment Type: Full-Time ⸻ Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team specializing in land plotting projects across Pune. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in telecalling for real estate and a successful track record in lead generation, client follow-ups, and plot sales conversion. This role requires excellent communication, customer handling, and CRM skills. ⸻ Key Roles and Responsibilities: 🔹 Telecalling & Lead Management • Make outbound calls to potential customers from lead databases, portals, and inbound queries. • Follow up on generated leads through social media, online ads, and referrals. • Maintain a strong follow-up schedule via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. 🔹 Sales Coordination • Schedule site visits for potential clients and coordinate with the field sales team. • Provide clients with complete information about plotting projects, pricing, documentation, and benefits. • Handle objections, answer queries, and build rapport with prospects to close deals. 🔹 Client Relationship & Conversion • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients. • Guide customers throughout the sales journey until final booking and registration. • Ensure client satisfaction and handle post-sale communication until closure. 🔹 CRM & Reporting • Update and maintain customer data, call status, and follow-ups in the CRM system. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call status, follow-ups, site visits, and closures. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of telecalling/sales experience in land/plotting projects in Pune or nearby regions. • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Good knowledge of Pune real estate and plotting micro-markets (e.g., Bhukum, Bhugaon, Hinjewadi outskirts, Mulshi, etc.). • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, CRM software, Google Sheets/Excel, and calling tools. • High-energy personality with the ability to work under targets. ⸻ Salary & Benefits: • Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 (depending on experience) • Incentives: Attractive commission structure per plot sale • Additional Perks: Mobile reimbursement, Travel allowance (if applicable), Performance bonuses ⸻ Working Days & Timing: • Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off / Flexible) • Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (May vary depending on client schedules) ⸻ Show more Show less
