We are looking for telecallers/telesales executives and sales executives to join our growing team! If you enjoy talking to people, working with targets, and helping customers find the right solutions, this is your chance to start or grow your career in sales and customer support.
Job Roles:
Telecaller/Telesales Executive:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
Explain company products/services and their benefits.
Convert calls into qualified leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer details in Excel/CRM.
Follow up with interested customers for maximum conversions.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Sales Executive:
Meet and interact with walk-in customers or potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions/products.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
Requirements (for both roles):
Qualification: Graduate.
Experienced candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Basic computer & typing knowledge.
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
