Role Overview: As a Telecaller Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle new sales calls and follow-ups with existing customers. You will need to have excellent spoken English, a polite and persuasive manner, and a customer-first approach to drive engagement and retention effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential leads and clearly explain product offerings. - Follow up with existing customers, maintain relationships, and resolve queries professionally. - Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Maintain a daily call log, customer interaction history, and lead status reports. - Coordinate with internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely support. - Maintain a professional tone in every customer interaction, whether verbal or written. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (preferred). - Fluency in English and Hindi with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. - Basic computer knowledge. - Good listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
