The Telecounsellor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students to explore career-centric education programs offered by us. This position requires a persuasive and engaging professional who can invite prospects to address their educational inquiries effectively and advise them to take the right steps to fulfill their career aspirations. The ideal candidate should excel in communication and be dedicated to assisting students in their educational journey.
Start calling potential students and maintain daily follow-ups to keep them engaged. Aim to convert these leads by scheduling a visit to the branch.
Answering Phone Calls: Respond to incoming phone calls and effectively explain the services offered by the Institute to potential Students & Parents. ● Guideline Adherence: Consistently adhere to institute guidelines and protocols when communicating with Students & Parents over the phone. ● Daily Target Achievement: Achieve daily call targets to potential Students & Parents, as assigned by Management. ● Quality Focus: Ensure Walk-Ins justify effective Counselling Conversion, by influencing & inviting interested parties to Branch. ● Productivity: Justify daily productivity through counselling, client calls, and referral generation from the market. ● Reporting Management: Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately & enter relevant data; update & submit periodic Reports and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
● Any graduate/undergraduate ● 1 or 2 years of experience required ● Communication Skills ● Negotiation Skills ● Active Listener ● Basic computer Knowledge ● Good Voice and vocals
