Job Description: Collection Agent
Position: Collection Agent
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Experience: Fresher & Experienced – Both can apply
Working Days: 6 days working
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (Based on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and overdue collections.
Maintain daily call logs and update payment status in the system.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely recovery.
Maintain professionalism while handling difficult or escalated customers.
Achieve monthly collection targets set by the company.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidates with experience in collections or customer support will be preferred (but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
