Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, manage workforce execution, and ensure project timelines and safety standards are met at our Mahagun, Greater Noida site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities and workforce at the site. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment. Maintain quality and safety standards across all site operations. Prepare daily work reports and communicate updates to the project manager. Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks as per project plan. Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations. Candidate Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in residential/commercial real estate projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices. Ability to lead and manage labor teams efficiently. Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project schedules, checklists, and basic site documentation. Willingness to work full-time on-site at Mahagun, Greater Noida
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
