Job Description

You are an experienced and dedicated Senior Supervisor responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, managing workforce execution, and ensuring project timelines and safety standards are met at our Mahagun, Greater Noida site. Your key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day construction activities and workforce, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, monitoring work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment, maintaining quality and safety standards, preparing daily work reports, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in residential/commercial real estate projects. You should possess a strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices, the ability to lead and manage labor teams efficiently, good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with project schedules, checklists, and basic site documentation. Additionally, you must be willing to work full-time on-site at Mahagun, Greater Noida. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires your physical presence at the work location.,
