We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller who can contribute to our customer outreach, lead generation, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Axabull’s products Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement Maintain call records and update customer information in CRM Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently Basic knowledge of sales techniques is an advantage Good command of Hindi/English/Gujarati Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: A supportive and energetic work culture Opportunities for learning and career growth Competitive salary and performance-based benefits
