Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Marol, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or a related field. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

Details:

Exp: 0.6 - 2 years

Salary: 2 - 3.6l

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide feedback on call scripts and suggest improvements to the management team.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
