Our focus lies in maintaining quality, transparency, and long-term trust within the agro market. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Purchase Team in the FMCG division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new vendor and supplier leads through tele calling, maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, and supporting the purchase team in sourcing quality materials efficiently. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential vendors and suppliers to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong supplier database relevant to FMCG products. Understand product requirements and assist the purchase team in identifying suitable vendors. Collect quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate follow-ups with suppliers. Maintain regular communication with existing and new vendors to ensure timely supply and support. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead generation and call activities. Work closely with the Purchase Manager and support overall procurement operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce, or related field). 06–3 years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or vendor coordination (preferably in FMCG or related industries). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong database management and reporting ability. Good knowledge of FMCG products, categories, and supply chain basics. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Attributes: Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
