Role: Relationship Manager (Recruitment, Sales & Network Growth) (Telecaller) Location: Road No. 13, Banjarahills Type: Full-Time Pay: 20,000 to 40,000 About Bharat Aawaz: Bharat Aawaz is expanding its footprint across the nation. We are on a mission to hire thousands of on-ground Reporters to amplify local voices. We operate a high-velocity hiring model driven by social media and technology. Role Overview: We are looking for high-energy Relationship Managers who excel at telephonic communication. You will not be cold-calling; you will be working with warm leads who have already expressed interest via WhatsApp. Your goal is to guide potential Reporters from the interview stage through to their training, onboarding, and eventual success in building their own teams. Key Responsibilities:1. Telephonic Screening & Interviews (The Filter): Take over qualified leads assigned by the coordination team. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess the candidate's "Basic Capacity" (communication skills, interest level, and potential). Clear initial doubts regarding the Reporter role and build immediate rapport. 2. Zoom Session Coordination (The Drive): Invite and ensure shortlisted candidates attend our mandatory Orientation Sessions (held 3 times a week). Send reminders and coordinate via WhatsApp/Call to ensure maximum attendance rates. 3. Follow-up & Closing (The Conversion): Conduct detailed post-session follow-up calls to collect feedback. Explain the payment structure, benefits, and long-term value of joining Bharat Aawaz. Crucial: Convert the candidate by convincing them to sign up as a Reporter or Coordinator. 4. Onboarding & Documentation: Guide the candidate through the digital onboarding process. Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified. 5. Network Growth (Post-Hiring Support): Once a Reporter is hired, act as their Relationship Manager. Guide and motivate them to hire their own "Coordinators" to expand their local capacity. Monitor the performance of your onboarded batch. Who We Are Looking For: Excellent Tele-calling Skills: You must be comfortable spending 4-5 hours a day on the phone. You are articulate, persuasive, and polite. Sales Mindset: Recruitment is sales. You must be able to "sell" the vision of Bharat Aawaz to candidates. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Zoom, and Google Sheets/CRM tools to track thousands of leads. Patience & Persistence: Follow-ups are where the winning happens.
