Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for a B2B franchise sales process. The role involves calling business owners and prospects to promote franchise opportunities, explain business models, and convert qualified leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients and entrepreneurs. Explain franchise business models, investment details, and benefits. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Schedule meetings or hand over qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain accurate data and reports in CRM or Excel. Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in telesales / telecalling (B2B sales preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to understand and explain business/franchise concepts. Good negotiation and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM). Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Preferred Candidate Profile:Female candidates preferred. Prior experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business consulting is an advantage.
