Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students and clients to provide detailed information about education, work, and residency opportunities in Germany. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, following up with potential candidates, and maintaining detailed records of communications. Ensuring excellent customer relations and offering tailored solutions will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in telecalling, customer service, and relationship management.
• Basic organizational and data recording skills, including the ability to handle and input information accurately in databases or CRM tools.
• Problem-solving and ability to address customer doubts or concerns efficiently.
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or the education sector is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelor's degree in any discipline, or relevant certification in communication or customer service.
