Market Research: · Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. · Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market insights. 4. Relationship Building: · Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs. · Act as the primary point of contact between Uni1 India Company and the clients. 5. Responsibilities: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, projecting a positive company image. Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars. Manage visitor access and issue security badges when necessary. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Provide basic information to visitors and answer general inquiries. Order and maintain office supplies. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or office environment (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
