Front Desk Manager

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our company, responsible for greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the key point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. Responsibilities: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, projecting a positive company image. Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars. Manage visitor access and issue security badges when necessary. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Provide basic information to visitors and answer general inquiries. Order and maintain office supplies. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or office environment (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and appearance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
