Job Title: Telecaller (English-Speaking) 

Reports To: Sales Manager

specializing in customized filtration systems and emission control technologies. With a strong 

focus on sustainability and innovation, we help industries achieve cleaner air and 

environmental compliance. Our solutions include bag filters, ESPs, wet scrubbers, and turnkey 

emission control systems, serving sectors such as cement, steel, food, wood, oil & gas, and 

power plants. 


Position Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Telecaller to join our sales team. The 

ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, generating 

leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. Strong communication skills, 

a persuasive approach, and a client-focused mindset are essential for this role. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients. 

• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the sales team. 

• Reactivate dormant or inactive clients through consistent engagement. 

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update leads in CRM or reporting 

systems. 

• Provide timely follow-up and ensure client inquiries are addressed. 

• Deliver clear, professional, and engaging conversations with prospects. 

• Explain product features and benefits in simple, effective language. 

• Collect client feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. 

• Stay updated with company products, services, and industry knowledge. 


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

• Number of outbound calls/emails made daily/weekly. 

• Number of qualified leads generated. 

• Conversion of calls into meetings/demos for the sales team. 

• Client satisfaction and responsiveness. 


Qualifications & Skills: 

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (B2B preferred). 

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach. 

• Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms (training will be 

provided). 

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills. 

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
