Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments. Create and update clear, engaging job descriptions for open positions. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Use multiple recruitment channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist with assessments. Liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth coordination and communication. Maintain and update the candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and ApnaJobs.
