We are a leading provider of engineering and industrial solutions, serving clients across the German speaking countries and Francophone regions. As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking talented and driven professionals to join our team as Key Account Managers with a focus on client engagement and outbound calling. Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients in the DACH and Francophone markets. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling for lead generation, client reactivation, and account management. You will ensure exceptional client experiences while contributing to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, reactivate dormant clients, and manage accounts. · Serve as the primary point of contact for DACH and Francophone clients. · Build and nurture long-term client relationships. · Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, accounts) to ensure timely order deliveries and resolution of client issues. · Track and report key account metrics and provide market insights to the management team. · Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to strategic initiatives. · Handle additional assignments, including overseas tasks, as required. Additional Responsibilities: · Manage a team of 2-5 members. · Oversee vendor negotiations, invoicing, and inventory management. · Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Desired Profile: · Education: Engineering Graduate (MBA preferred). · Experience: 5–10 years in B2B client servicing or key account management. · Languages: Fluent in German, French, and English (written & spoken). Strong French proficiency is a must for the Noida client management role. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong outbound calling and lead generation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Team leadership and account management experience for the Noida client management role.
