Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Caller at ImpactHub Connect. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with clients and customers through phone calls, gathering and verifying information, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and documenting call outcomes. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make 150+ outbound calls per day to customers (content creators).

Onboard and assist new content creators on the application.

Handle queries and platform-related issues efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and content quality.

Other Details

Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday working)

Week Off: Any weekday (as per roster)

Shift Time: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM (9 hours including breaks)

Requirements: Must have a SIM card and a Laptop (Windows10 or above) with stable Wifi connection.
