Job Description

A real estate sales coordinator supports a real estate sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer interactions, and organizing sales-related information. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, maintaining client records and CRM systems, preparing sales documents and reports, managing sales calls and meetings, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service.  Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, managing spreadsheets, and organizing client information in a CRM system.  Customer Coordination: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and timely responses.  Sales Activity Coordination: Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and calls between the sales team and potential clients.  Document Management: Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and client communication records in a digital filing system.  Lead and Prospect Tracking: Monitor and track leads and prospects, ensuring that the sales team has the necessary information to engage with them effectively.  Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, invoices, and quotations, ensuring timely communication with clients regarding order status.  Reporting: Compile and prepare sales reports based on collected data to monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement.  Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to support sales campaigns, manage pricing updates, and coordinate deliveries.  Sales Material Preparation: Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, and product information for client meetings.  After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale support and address customer complaints as needed.  Required Skills Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.  Customer Service: A customer-focused approach with the ability to provide excellent service.  Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software, databases, and other sales tools.  Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.  Real Estate Knowledge: A strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and the sales process is a significant asset.
