Make outbound calls to prospective customers to share information about products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Explain company offerings clearly and confidently over the phone.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and the company.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus.
Friendly, confident, and patient personality.
