Capitalnine Services Private Limited is a trusted Corporate Direct Sales Associate (DSA) partnering with leading Banks and NBFCs across India. A telecaller job involves making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, provide customer support, gather feedback, and follow up on sales, all while maintaining customer records and meeting performance targets. Key responsibilities include using sales scripts, resolving customer issues, updating databases, and reporting to management. Essential skills for a telecaller are excellent communication, persuasive speaking, active listening, and technical proficiency with CRM software.  Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to sell products, generate new leads, or promote services.  Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls to answer inquiries, provide information, and address customer concerns or complaints.  Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and nurture leads to convert them into customers, scheduling appointments for sales teams as needed.  Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information on products/services, and build positive relationships.  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of calls and update customer databases or CRM systems with interaction details.  Sales & Targets: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.  Problem Resolution: Professionally handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions or support.  Market Research: Conduct surveys and research to understand customer needs and market trends.  Essential Skills & Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly.  Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasive speaking skills to influence customer decisions.  Patience & Resilience: The ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a professional demeanor.  Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.  Data Entry: Accurate data entry skills to update customer records.  Education: Typically requires a high school diploma, with a Bachelor's degree being an advantage.  Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product information and company guidelines is crucial.
