Telecaller

Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential candidates/clients, providing information about services, and generating leads for the company. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to build relationships and meet recruitment/business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates/clients to explain services and opportunities.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update candidate/client databases.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team to schedule interviews and meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum +2/Graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
