Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BDE(Telecaller) based in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, informing them about our products, services, and promotions. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer queries, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle rejections gracefully.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and managing databases
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite team at Khargone
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience as a telecaller or in a relevant role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be advantageous
