Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company. Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate when required. Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills & Requirements: Minimum qualification: Any Degree . Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred. Confident, polite, and customer-friendly communication style. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
