Job Description: Tele-Caller (Female)

Company Name: Shree Narenn Palace Heights/ Projects / Constructions.

Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur - Hyderabad.

Department: Admin and Front office

Designation: Tele-Caller (Female)

Reports to: General Manager / HR Manager

Salary Range (Hyderabad Market Estimate):

Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience: 2 to 5 Years Experienced candidates (experience is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly communication style.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to handle pressure
Candidates with prior Tele-calling / BPO / customer service experience will be given preference.

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
