Company: Foodos India Pvt Ltd Location: Ujjain, Ratlam, Mandasaur, Dewas, Experience: 5-7 Years in FMCG Sales (Preferably Spices & Food Products) Job Summary: Foodos India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with distributors and retailers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and ensuring brand visibility in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. - Expand the market presence of Foodos India Pvt Ltd in the assigned area. - Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Officers. - Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching to enhance productivity. - Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team. - Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in the market. Requirements: - Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 8-15 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably spices/food products). - Skills: Strong sales & negotiation skills, leadership ability, and excellent communication.
