Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell our FMCG products. The role involves building strong distributor/retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective product visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
• Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at retail outlets.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.
• Manage secondary sales and ensure timely order booking & collections.
• Conduct market visits regularly to track customer satisfaction and brand presence.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (for fieldwork).
