Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Horeca Sales Officer, primarily based in Indore. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting the company's products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process, meeting targets, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Service and effective Communication skills
• Ability to generate Leads through proactive outreach and networking
• Knowledge of Sales Operations and processes
• Experience with Channel Sales and HORECA-related sales activities
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in sales within the food and beverage industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
