Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels
• Qualify leads and determine customer needs and interests
• Sales Presentations:
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products or services
• Closing Sales Deals:
• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
  

Requirements

• Experience:
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field
• Proven track record of sales success and meeting targets
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong persuasion and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Familiarity with sales metrics and performance tracking
