Job Overview: (FULLTIME WFH OPPORTUNITY)

We are seeking motivated and proactive Health Advisors to join our team. As a Health Advisor, you will handle patient inquiries, respond to incoming calls, and assist patients with their consultations. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and we provide full training.
Job Type: Full-time In Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming patient calls and messages promptly.
• Guide patients through the consultation process and confirm bookings.
• Follow up with patients when necessary to ensure they receive the best service.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions.
• Communicate effectively via phone and WhatsApp.

Requirements:

• A laptop and a working phone for WhatsApp communication.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
