Job Description

As a Team Lead - Inside Sales at Kolo, you will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring a team of inside sales executives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer engagement. Collaborating closely with the Business Head, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with Kolos business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include managing the pipeline for accurate forecasting and reporting, maintaining strong follow-up on all Qualified Leads, and preparing and managing the team roster for maximum Qualified Lead opportunities across weekdays, weekends, holidays, and off-hours. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of energetic Inside Sales executives to achieve Qualified Lead conversion targets and telecalling input metrics. Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions to enhance the teams skills will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Utilizing CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate actionable insights will be essential for optimizing sales performance. You will monitor team performance, provide regular feedback to improve productivity and effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and optimize lead conversion. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Customer Care functions, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities will further contribute to your success in this role.
