Description

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales professional to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
