Description We are seeking a Customer Relation Executive ( FEMALE) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide information and support regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and insights. Hands on experience on real estate industry. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
