Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide relevant information about products/services.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote offerings and generate sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and address concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service (inbound & outbound).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tele sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
  • Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
