Role Overview We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls , engage with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving set targets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide relevant information about products/services. Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote offerings and generate sales opportunities. Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and address concerns effectively. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to convert prospects into customers. Maintain and update client information in CRM systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service (inbound & outbound). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Proficiency in CRM software and tele sales tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory). Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
