Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to sell insurance products (life, health, auto, home).
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable coverage.
  • Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.
  • Stay updated on insurance products and industry changes.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer inquiries.
  • Insurance license (if applicable) or willingness to obtain.
