WE ARE HIRING FOR TELESALES EXECUTIVE FOR NOIDA LOCATION !!

Salary : upto 3.25 lpa

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products/service
Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching the product and closing the deal.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Accurately record call outcomes, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
Gather customer feedback and report common issues or suggestions to the relevant departments.
Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales processes.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to enhance selling strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation is mandatory.(Fresher/ experienced )
Candidate must have proficiency in English.
