Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role located in Indore. Responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting the company's Agri-input products, and understanding the needs of customers to offer tailored solutions. The Tele Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other team members to drive business growth. Excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers are essential aspects of the role.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone and drive sales.
  • Skill in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for maintaining accurate records and handling large numbers of customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in agriculture and Agri-inputs will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant office software, such as MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
  • A proactive approach, ability to work independently, and meeting performance goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
