Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or tracking systems
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Up to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented with a customer-first approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
