Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Excellent Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and calls.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in tele sales or a related field, with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
