Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Collections Lead to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in tele collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee tele collections operations for timely debt recovery. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Train and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong understanding of credit card and personal loan products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing and leading a team of collection professionals.
