Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Make outbound calls to promote products and services. Build relationships with customers to increase sales and loyalty. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
