Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to contribute to generating sales/leads or providing customer support over the phone. You will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, following communication scripts, understanding customer needs, and resolving queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads/sales. Answer inbound customer calls and respond to their inquiries professionally. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up with customers on previous interactions and support needs. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Explain products or services clearly and convincingly. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a polite and friendly attitude at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required]. Ability to learn about products and services quickly. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Good listening and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet performance targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [specific industry if applicable]. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Prior knowledge of CRM software or call center equipment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
