Job Description – Tele Collection Executive (BPO) Position: Tele Collection Executive Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore Industry: BPO – Collections Employment Type: Full-time About the Role:We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for our Bommanahalli office. The role involves making collection calls to customers, reminding them of overdue payments, and negotiating repayment terms while ensuring professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. Remind and follow up with customers regarding pending dues. Negotiate repayment schedules and resolve basic queries. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer commitments. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets. Handle objections politely and escalate when necessary. Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements:Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream). Experience in tele-calling/collections/customer service preferred (Freshers welcome). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
