Job Overview

H&S Immigration is seeking a confident, result-oriented, and experienced Telecaller Team Leader to manage and guide our client outreach team. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising telecallers, driving lead conversions, ensuring high-quality client communication, and achieving daily and monthly targets. This role combines team management with hands-on calling support and requires strong leadership, communication, and performance-monitoring skills.

The Telecaller Team Leader will act as a bridge between management, consultants, and the telecalling team to ensure smooth coordination and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve call volume and conversion targets.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle high-priority or complex inquiries when required.
  • Ensure team members provide accurate information about visa options, study abroad programs, and immigration services.
  • Monitor daily call activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions through CRM systems or reports.
  • Train new telecallers on scripts, objection handling, CRM usage, and company services.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Ensure proper scheduling of appointments for walk-ins or in-office consultations.
  • Coordinate closely with admission officers, counselors, and case handlers for smooth lead handover.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a customer-first approach within the team.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
  • Handle escalated client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, with at least 6 months in a team-handling or supervisory role.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
  • Good understanding of immigration, study visa, or education consultancy processes (preferred).
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM software, and MS Excel or reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
